How can we improve Redtail Technology's CRM?

mark reminders as done

I would really like to be able to dismiss reminders once I have have handled them, instead of seeing them for 3 weeks even thought there done.

    I second this! The Retriever will send me reminders for items I've dismissed 4+ weeks ago. Clicking "Dismiss" or "Dismiss All" does not work for me.
