I keep getting questions about having the Calendly function or other scheduling tool integrating with Redtail. Is this something Redtail is looking into?

Scott is correct. We use Calandley which integrates with Outlook, and is then pulled in with the retriever. There is a time delay of about 10 min to be aware of. We haven't had any issues though.

I don't use Calendly, but I have read elsewhere that there is a method to get the appointments into Redtail. The steps as I recall where to:
1. Set up Redtail Retriever Cloud syncing with your Outlook
2. Have appointments from scheduling app moved into the Outlook calendar created by Redtail Retriever Cloud
If you can't choose which calendar in Outlook Calendly saves to, you can use an app like Zapier to automatically move it from one outlook calendar to another.
Obviously, a direct integration would be better, but thought I would share this in the meantime since I use Zapier to move Outlook appointments from my Outlook to my Redtail.
