change categories in existing calendar sync
I would like the ability to change the categories for an existing calendar sync setup through Retriever Cloud. The only way to change categories is to disable the sync, then recreate it, which then renames the Outlook calendar it is being synced to, which cascades into having to relink all the 3rd party calendars that are tied into that calendar in Outlook (Calendly, for example, has to be re-set up). If we could just change the categories and keep the same calendar name in Outlook it would make like much easier on us.

Same complaint! I would like to add that the calendar cloud sync option would be much more useful if we could actually choose which activities to sync from Redtail. I do not understand why Redtail has chosen "tasks" as the default activity type that cannot be deselected. We only want to sync appointments, and syncing tasks totally gunks up our system. Between this and the issue mentioned by above J Hansen, the sync functionality is pretty much unusable for my firm.
