Please provide unlimited trigger options
In order to make systems more automated and instead of having to manually create a bulk action to send a broadcast email, I would like to have some emails automatically sent when an Activity Category is changed within a workflow.
Because Redtail Automations are frustratingly limited and only provide an option to email user, email team, link workflow or set field, there should be a way within Redtail to have a review confirmation email, no reply email or thank you email to automatically send when changing the activity category or if there is another trigger and action that would get it to send automatically instead of having to detail out the steps within a workflow that need to be manually done.
Redtail trigger limitations are why workflows are so frustrating and require major workarounds to get it where it actually is a help!
Please provide unlimited trigger options like the Advanced Search options that let you select the criteria that applies to the situation needed.
It is frustrations also that every time I ask about features that would make Redtail great... I get told to submit an idea and then have no idea if anything is ever going to be worked on as an improvement.

If they do, some follow-up would be beneficial!!!
Currently it seems that making any suggestions are a waste of time!Automations and Workflows could be very useful tools within Redtail but are currently USELESS because of the lack of attention to these suggestions to make them actually work for the customer!
