We would like to suggest adding an automation where upon completion of a specific workflow, it will launch a specific Activity Template for that individual client.

Similar to this - capability to insert a "link" into a workflow step that will launch an activity template.

Similar to this - On Event (Complete Workflow Task) ; Do This (New Activity from Template) ; If Any/All conditions True (Task X is completed).
