Revert to old workflows - new design HORRIBLE and NON FUNCTIONAL
Lots of thoughts on the new design, but please, please let me access the old workflows. The current design
1. Blocks out 1/2 the page so that the high level task can stay displayed on the left, why? NO purpose or benefit only detraction.
2. Because of #1 The WORST part - each step/box at the top in each step of the workflow displays maybe 2-3 words. Only way to read the step is to go into the step and scroll over. HORRIBLE. The name of the step needs WAY MORE SPACE
3. And all the steps are spread out on the right over PAGES when previously you could see many many steps at a glance.
So what benefit, because all I see it a non-functioning workflow.
This is SO BAD that I now have to consider moving away from Redtail unless I can go back to how it was.
Whoever designed this clearly has no idea how users use it.

I absolutely agree. Workflows are a daily necessity here and we've wasted a whole Monday morning trying to work with this new design. Please revert. Even collapsing and expanding does not work.

Completely agree! workflows have been a part of our daily operations for the last 7 years. The new system creates an inability to see the full process and operations outline, making workflows non-functional. The inability to see the full Step name is a nuisance making it difficult to overview the process. The stagnant description box takes up too much space and creates an unnecessary cause for scrolling. Please revert to the old system.

I agree and also added a recommendation to revert or at least add a "Collapse all" and "Expand all" to have everything on one screen.
The multiple text boxes open all at once makes the layout incredibly inefficient.
