We are trying to implement workflows in our practice. I like them except for the note process. I wish there was a way to put a short note in the workflow view that give a little more detail as to what is currently the hold up on the workflow item.

For instance, if the next step is obtain client signature, I wish there was a way to put a note as to when the last contact with the client was and what the hold up is. It would be nice to see this on the page with all of the workflows so that business activities can quickly be reviewed in detail.
