Activities should NOT show past due if the end date has not passed yet.
If Redtail is not able to adjust this right now can a column be added to the activity list view? "Start Date" & "End Date" that way we can at least see those dates in the list view?
We are not able to keep an accurate track record of the activities that are past due or the activities on someone's plate - including the time allotment for the task. What is the point of the end date field if it doesn't show on the activity list view or function as the due date? How can our team manage their time if and activity is not due for 6 months but is showing up on their past due activities?
We would save an extreme amount of time if we could accurately track the start and end dates of tasks. Not only for individual team members but management as well being able to oversee team members, different departments & the company as a whole.
