Please turn back on the ability for household address to feed over to Marketing Pro. I have review postcards that are not being sent out to clients if they are not Head of Households. Reviews are managed by the individual not by the household. Please turn back on the feed for shared address! The address for the spouse use to feed to Marketing Pro, but since Redtail changed this feature it is causing clients to miss their review postcards and emails. This is an essential part of our business. Otherwise I would have to manually enter HUNDREDS of spouse addresses. I have 2778 NON Head of households… this is impossible since there is no bulk action to update these address.
Please turn BACK on the feature to feed the address for the spouse to marketing pro.
