When I go into the account number for a client, there are only four items under status
1. Open
2. Closed
3. Pending
4. Under review

I would like to add 5. Annuitized.

We have quite a few accounts that are listed as open. They do not have a balance as they are annuitized. So if we would look at the account we would see that. We would not need to worry as to why there is no balance attached. It is not closed, but yet it is not opened. Once annuitized nothing further can be done to the account, but it is still open and maybe for the life of the client. If the client has chose that lifetime option.
