How can we improve Redtail Technology's CRM?

Only one user editing a Task at a time

Will you please make it so only one person can be in an activity at a time. My colleagues and I have experienced having lost important information or date changes to a task because 2 people or more were in the same task.

    We have lost so much work because this feature doesn't currently exist.

    We have had a lot of issues with this and would be happy if Redtail could find a solution to editing with multiple users.
