completion of notes appears to other tagged team members in email the same way activities do
Whenever I have attendees listed in an Activity and they are set up to be notified of changes/updates/etc. when the Activity is "Saved and Completed", whatever is in the "Description" box will appear in the email that the Attendee is pinged with. Love that.
Whenever I want to notify someone of a Note on the system the email prompts the person I tagged to log in to view the note. I would love for the note I input to appear in the follow up email to my team member- it does seem redundant especially when we know it can be done because it's done in Activities.
I'm not a programmer but would it be something like setting Notes up like an Activity behind the scenes from a programming perspective? Or is this a privacy thing- and that's why the Activities and Notes behave differently?
