automated call assignment
I used to use Goldmine CRM. They would allow you to take a number of contacts, 100, 300, 500, etc and assign those contacts to disbursed over into your calendar a quarter. You would look at your calendar and see that you had 7 calls to make that day, as an example. It was a great way to make calls to all of your contacts in a given timeframe. A quarter would give you 60 work days. I have 700 prospects to call in those 60 days. Goldmine showed me 11 contacts on my calendar that i "had" to call. Hope that makes sense. Thanks
