When performing the initial sync of an advisor's Redtail to a Google Calendar we created just for them, we discovered that there is no option to keep linked contact information or activity details private, allowing anyone with the access to see private information. Our concern is that if Google Calendar is hacked, it opens a large back door to our Redtail/client data because of the info synced. When you choose 'Sync Contacts' and/or 'Sync Activities,' all data and information is synced to Google Calendar and made available to anyone with calendar access or who has been invited to a specific activity. this could maybe be an issue?

When we synced an advisor's RT calendar with Google Calendar, another issue arose. When an RT calendar is synced, previous activities (some of which have already been completed) with descriptions and details become visible. We'd like to be able to sync an activity without attaching contact information/details, displaying only the activity title and time slot as "busy."

In summary, we're hoping to get more privacy of details and contact information through the Retriever sync process.
