Dark Mode!
We all want it, you have the power to create it!

Dark Mode is now available in our beta early access environment and moving to general access soon! Keep the feedback coming as we look to refine the experience further.

If you insist on keeping the new bland light blue and pink colors please give us an option to modify darker color combinations.

Ever since RedTail's new integrations and UI that have recently been updated in 2024, having a Dark Mode or a way to change the webpage color would benefit everyone especially our eyes. Unlike the previous color, this new LED/bleach white is quite aggressive on the eyes and we all would benefit if this color was changed or RedTail had an option for a dark mode or color palette capability. Having this option under the account Preferences section would be an appropriate spot. Would like to hear your thoughts.

At the very least while you are researching/making a decision allow users to go back to the legacy view that is less bright to cut down on the eye strain. I agree that this is now my least favorite site to use and am in it all day.

The new look has way too much white space making it difficult to read the font because the screen is too bright.
Can you allow for options or change the colors back please. -

I am experiencing the new layout/view today in Redtail CRM. It is very white and bright, with lots of white open areas. There doesn't seem to be a preference to change the background color or to have a dark mode. It would be nice if you offered that.

A Sepia tone actually would be preferable for me to improve color contrast. The recent site improvements, have further reduced the color contrast, borders and sense of differentiation between content, which is becoming challenging on all the current era websites. Dark mode is helpful at some times of day I find, but other times I do still need brighter light earlier in the day from the screen, but not screaming white, borderless content that visually appears like a graphical/textual run-on sentence. Sepia mode from most reader tools I find helpful. Adjusting windows operating system night-mode settings for red/blue shift is only so helpful, and at a point it tips over into too much darkness and red to be helpful. Also generally, these settings are an increasing standard that is being adopted for disability eyesight access, which I have seen elsewhere. Hope these thoughts help in the thought process as so many of us are not getting any younger, nor do our retinas and ocular/brain nervous systems.

The new update for colors and text makes this even more needed.

A dark (or grey mode!) would really help with the new UI. The new set up looks amazing but it is difficult to view with how bright the white is now versus the old UI.

With the new change of the CRM, the primarily all white screen is going to be a little hard to look at all day every day and we should have an option to change the color up to something more appealing and gentle on the eyes with looking at a computer screen all day.

With the new layout you can hardly see borders and it is SO bright now.

Redtail NEEDS a dark mode. Microsoft has a built-in feature for their products, and the other applications we use in the office have dark mode. Redtail is the only application I use without it, and having this giant bright screen on my face is very frustrating.

Redtail blinds me. I've been using Dark Mode on EVERYTHING and my Redtail tab is a beacon in a bad way.

Given the amount of time spent on redtail this is critical for our eyes 👀

Please do something with this. Redtail is now my least favorite website to visit because everyone else has a solution.

Our office staff sits in front of a computer 8-10 hours a day. White background is brighter and causes more strain/fatigue in eyesight. A "dark mode" would help minimize that feeling/strain.
