Customize Interface
I would highly suggest to allow users to customize the interface. What I mean by that is, when I pull up a contact Past Due & Next 30 takes up 80% of the screen. Opportunities is the Number One Driver for new sales- so when Mrs. Smith calls and I go to pull her their contact I have to then click "More" on the left hand side and then click "Opportunities" to see whatever Opportunities Mrs. Smith has. That information should be right where Past Due & Next 30 currently is- what I would really like is to be able to customize the contact interface to whatever I feel is best- I may not even want Past Due & Next 30/Latest Notes anywhere on the main screen. Why can't users customize the contact screen however they prefer?! Seems like an easy fix. Also, same goes for Contact Details- users should be able to create their own fields/categories, again if users want to do that it's found under UDFs, which I have to scroll down on the screen then click on UDFs for that to appear. Then I have 20 different UDFs for contacts-> I need the info. that is most important to my practice as soon as I pull a contact up, I don't have time for digging/need to remember when to find what is important to me!
