Add an authentication app option for two-factor authentication
Please add an option to use an authentication app (such as Norton VIP Authenticator or Google Authenticator) for two-factor authentication. IMO, it's much easier for the user., Most importantly, according to digital security experts, it's the most secure option for 2FA, which is clearly crucial for RT CRM, given the data you host.

We have more an more users with delays and issues receiving codes to their cell phone. Using something like Google Authenticator would really save a lot of time, energy and frustration.
