problem - since Redtail suite sync to Outlook and client/prospect scheduler is thru Outlook - if "actiivity" is "all day" it blocks out the entire day for scheduling. ie if need to do a follow up phone call on Feb 8, 2025 but not at a specific time - it defaults to "all day" but in fact it is not "all day" but an alert to call that day. Problem is that a scheduler sees the entire day blocked out and clients can't book a meeting on that day. To have the work around as ie 1am or 2am - well, easy to miss that info because 1am or 2am is NOT easily seen - and not at the top of my calendar - so it is a weak work around, easy to miss important call back or follow up dates. /// & for example, if spoke to a prospect or client on a scheduled time or date and needs a follow up "new activity" again to reconnect on ie Apr 3, 2025 - well, there may not be a specific time so, if goes to all day, well now noone can schedule a meeting that date - and if I put it at 1am, there is a good chance i won't see that important follow up - because the calendar doesn't make views at 1am - and it's not at the top of my calendar.
