Duplicate Contact Report - Middle Initials
As a Redtail CRM User, I want the Duplicate Contact Name Report to acknowledge middle initials, so that the contact can be identified as an individual record rather than a duplicate.
Goal: The problem is a bloated Duplicate Contact Report List that is inaccurate because it can not differentiate contacts.
Benefit: This will provide clearer communication to customers and prevent communicate to the wrong individual.
Acceptance criteria: When the first and last name are the same, the middle initial is different which clears the names from the duplicate contact report.

Super critical, should have been implemented Day 1. Additionally, duplicate contacts can be weeded out using DOB and SSN, all information that are also supposed to be put into a contact record on Day 1...
