When tagging additional contacts in a note, any contacts that autopopulate should be BEFORE the "Add new contact" option. Not after.
When I go to tag an additional contact, I begin typing their name (e.g. "stev" for Steve). If I have 1 contact named Steve it should populate that name above the "create new contact" option so that I can hit enter as soon as I have the name partially typed
