Interface is segmented, Update for better flow
When navigating Redtail, the interface is simple to use, however it is very segmented. For example, when I want to see a client's contact information, I need to click in several areas. I look at the contact card, contact details, then go to the KYC and click through all of that information.
It is very time consuming, we should have the option to combine this all into one clean section when we look at the contact page. The activities should also not be such a large section, they should be off to the side or below the client's information out of the way, currently it blocks much of the information and you need to navigate around it to locate what is needed.
