Edit Notes / Comments
It is critical to be able to edit notes and comments. When we have multiple employees working with the same client, at the same time, it is crucial that everyone notates every conversation, action item, and pending task being performed in real time. However, sometimes those notes/comments need to be adjusted to account for updates. Currently everytime an adjustment needs to be made, we must create a new note or add additional comments....which usually results in a note becoming ridiculously long. This leads the comment section to become highly unorganized and extremely difficult to follow/understand. (At minimum, having the ability to delete a comment under a note could reduce some of the hassel, allowing us to keep the notes semi-organized).
