As workflows can be confusing to several users, it would be nice if there were actual templates to use in which you simply plug in the information/link to a client. For example, client onboarding is a very common process for all financial advisory companies. It would be useful to have a 'traditional' template in Redtail already set up so any user could plug in information and have automation set up to internal processes.
