Improve on the Workflow interface when creating/editing a workflow
The interface is very clunky and confusing when creating or editing a workflow. The field description for the tasks is small, and it is challenging to organize the workflow on a higher level. Would like the tasks/steps to be one line with the ability to expand on each if needed, or expand/close all to see the higher level.

You can do that. Unless I'm missunderstanding what you're looking for.
You can click on the task name, which lets you update it or edit it. You can also just hover over it to see the details.
Sorry if I'm missunderstaning and this suggestion is not helpful.
