More robust scheduling features
I want to see a record of each review/meeting with a client, showing a list of when we actually met. I use the "first review date" feature, but we update it each time a client comes in, effectively erasing the record of when they met. We use notes and completed activities to track this, but we use those features for many other things as well, so it can get lost.
I also want to be able to designate a review vs. a meeting, which might be quicker and more topic specific.
I also would like features that allow you to designate scheduling preferences: whether they prefer phone or email or both, where they like to meet (if you have multiple offices or do in person/virtual), who to reach out to (sometimes one spouse handles the scheduling), and minor details like if they like coffee/tea.
Importantly, I want to be able to run a report on these details or search by them!
Ex. I could pull a phone number report for the clients who want to schedule via phone. Or the clients who schedule via email and want to meet at X office.
