Please add an option to override the restriction that prevents booking two appointments at the same time in calendar mode. We have multiple advisors meeting with clients in different conference rooms, so overlapping appointments are often necessary.

Currently, the only way to schedule these appointments is to click a different time and then edit it afterward, or to temporarily hide another advisor’s schedule. This is inefficient—especially when I’m working from an iPad during workshops and need to book appointments quickly.

I link workshop prospects directly to the calendar, so creating an activity is not a practical workaround. It’s too time-consuming, and prospects often change their preferred time, requiring me to recheck availability. An override feature would greatly streamline the scheduling process. Thank you.
