Allow team members to view scheduled messages in Speak
Our team uses RT Speak to send appointment reminders to clients and our financial advisor. However we run into issues when someone has set up a scheduled message and the appointment changes, because if the person who created the scheduled message is out of office, we have no way of editing or canceling the reminder. It would be incredible to be able to see AND edit the scheduled messages of your team members. OR allow us to create a "sub profile", if you will, to send messages from - you would select whether you wanted the message sent from your name, or on behalf of the team. This would allow for some messages to be kept personal, and some to be accessed by the entire team.
