Request: Add the ability for firms to set firm-wide calendar colors that automatically apply for all users.

Details:

Allow an admin to define a single color system for the entire firm.

Enable calendar events to auto-apply the correct color based on the selected attendee (or primary attendee), so users only need to enter the subject and select attendees.

This removes the need for users to configure or match colors individually and ensures consistent color coding across the firm.
