MFA for Contacts
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for contacts using the contact's mobile number. This could work as a button within the contact screen next to a mobile phone number that says "verify." When clicked, it displays a code and sends that same code via text to the contact's mobile number. In this way, when we receive a client phone call and pull them up in Redtail and need to verify their identity- we can send them a code they can verify with us.
