Readtail Speak
I'm a sole practitioner. I have complete control over everything at my firm. There needs to be a way for me to use the number I already have. Telling me that I have to use some random number is completely asinine.
You guys prioritized making it dummy-proof so that idiot advisors don't get into compliance trouble. Unfortunately, you didn't ask anybody what they actually need for their business.
As it exists now, "Speak" is useless to me and would cause more headaches than it is worth.
There are a number of expletives that I would like to use here to get the point across, but it doesn't seem like you listen to advisor feedback, so what's the point?
