Is there a way to highlight the actual day in Dark Mode like you do in light mode? Can it be grey or lighter?

Task Lists
Would like a daily running list of tasks to complete on the side of the calendar with the date started, the task and a quick note on the
progress.When completed I would like to be able to put a line through the task.
Also, below that daily list maybe a monthly or quarterly or yearly list.
I would like to be able to customize the label on those lists.
Last, prioritizing with simple numbers 1-5.I DO NOT WANT THEM TO SHOW UP ON THE CALENDAR.

Calendar that Clients can schedule on
We need the ability to send our calendar to our clients so that they can schedule a time right onto our calendar to meet. This way what we already have marked off will show up and there will be no confusing on if they can schedule at a specific time. Like calendarly but then this way we will not need to integrate anything.

Timezone
I am a part of a wealth management group in Puerto Rico, where we use Atlantic Standard Time (AST); which does not have daylight savings time. RedTail does not have time zone features after Eastern Time.
I would like to see if this inclusion could be possible for us to fully implement RedTail's features.6 votes -
non timed activity - not list as "all day" because blocks out entire day so clients can't schedule meeting that day
problem - since Redtail suite sync to Outlook and client/prospect scheduler is thru Outlook - if "actiivity" is "all day" it blocks out the entire day for scheduling. ie if need to do a follow up phone call on Feb 8, 2025 but not at a specific time - it defaults to "all day" but in fact it is not "all day" but an alert to call that day. Problem is that a scheduler sees the entire day blocked out and clients can't book a meeting on that day. To have the work around as ie 1am or 2am -…

Request to Combine Married Client Review Reminders
I have a suggestion regarding client reviews. If two contacts are married, it would be helpful if they appeared as a single reminder instead of separate ones. Currently, having separate reminders for both individuals clutters my calendar. Combining them into one reminder would make the calendar more organized and easier to manage."

Customize Client Reviews Reminder Colors by Financial Advisor
I am requesting the ability to customize the color of client review reminders in your calendar. Specifically, I want the reminders to be color-coded based on the assigned financial advisor. This will help distinguish between the five financial advisors on our team and make it easier to identify which reminders correspond to which advisor.

Calendar should always default to current day/week/month
Calendar should always default back to the current day/week/month. Just like Outlook, Salesforce, etc. When you jump to a different week and then over to a contact record and back to the calendar, it should bring you back to the current day/week/month.

Color on activity should have transparency or ability to only have the color on 50% of the activity box
The color of the activity should be adjustable to be transparent or only taking up 50% of the activity. We have a weekly activity that saves a 1-hour time slot in our calendar so that if a client has an emergency and needs to get in quickly then we have a time that is reserved that we can fit them in. With the activity being opaque in color it sometimes gets missed by admin who schedule because they mistake it for an appointment or task even though the color is different.

Add contact/client names to appointments on calendar
When booking an appointment on the calendar, we need the names of the clients if there are 2 or more. If it is one name it currently shows it, but 2 or more (like husband & wife) it shows 2 contacts. We would like it to show all contact/client names.

Categories
It would be nice to see the category on the Activity. For example, I have created a "Client Meeting Type" and select an "Annual Review Category" that I created. The Category would appear somewhere on the Activity in the calendar view, so I can easily see what meetings my advisors are having.

SHOW MINI CALENDAR POP UP FOR SCHEDULING CONFLICTS
When a scheduling conflict arises in RedTail, a red notice appears at the bottom of the screen, but offers no alternative open time slots to use. When creating an activity/task/appointment/follow-up, for oneself and/or someone else, there is an issue with finding alternative open time slots when time conflicts arise. Our suggestion is to have a small pop up mini-calendar window showing open time slots to schedule activities for oneself and also on someone else's calendar.

Add a description box in "create activity"
PLEASE...consider adding a "description" box when clicking one creates an activity so it can be done all at once instead of having to go to "create and edit"...and by doing this, only ONE email goes out to the recipient, not two (the original "create" email and then the "edit" email).

We have been asking for you to change this feature back, along with a TON of other people looking at the comments below!!! PLEASE change this back. When we are printing out our daily and weekly calendars, we have to go back and PHYSICALLY write on our printed calendars the contact names. This is not only extremely frustrating, it is a TIME WASTER!! The whole point of RT is to make life easier and save time. This is NOT working!!!! Calendar Reminders
I need to create a Prospect List that will pop up on my calendar and/or email and/or Outlook calendar everyday to remind me (1) Who my prospects are (2) the date of last contact for each one (3) date of next contact for each one. How do I do that? I tried using Workflow for the first time and I couldn't get it to do these things.

Cancelling Activity Option
It would be nice to have a cancelled activity option -- so when clients call in to cancel appointments we can just "save and cancel". So, the activity would then disappear from the calendar but would still remain an activity under the client profile. It would help clean up the calendars so we can see the events/activities that actually occurred that day.

When are you going to go back to the obvious calendar fix of having 2 contact names show up like it use to be?
both names would show up on the calendar when a couple's appt was made. Now it says "2 contacts"
Worse of all, many people have been suggesting this and ORION once again fails to be responsive.
Just an example of why colleagues of mine who, like me have used Red tail for years, are looking for alternatives. Too many better option and no enhancements- just additional problems.3 votes -
View Contacts on Calendar
Why was this taken away. Hovering over the calendar event is a waste of time. The "quick click" to the contact wasn't worth losing the list of contacts. If I wasn't already using RT, I would not start using RT. If I get the chance to recommend RT, I would say do not use Redtail.
This is the second time the calendar has been "upgraded" with a terrible outcome this year. Please get it together.
