  1. Additional Filter Names option in open activities

    Currently, when in open activities the filter names option only allows to either select one name or All. Please create an option to select multiples, not just All. There is no in between 1 and All

  2. Ability to enter daily/weekly/monthly goals. ex) number of calls, meetings set, etc.

    Ability to enter daily/weekly/monthly goals. ex) number of calls, meetings set, etc. So at the end of the day/week/month you can compare your goals to reality in a report. it gives managers the ability to keep themselves and their teams accountable.

  3. Add tasks etc without having to put a due date

    We often have a list of follow ups to assign to several people in the office that do not have a specific due date. It would be helpful to have a feature that we could save the task as ongoing until complete.

  4. Quick link for adding contact to activity

    In the old CRM, when you add an activity you can quickly add a client name at the top by typing it in; now it takes a couple of extra clicks which can be a hassle over time. Would love that old CRM feature to be incorporated.

  5. Add a "Call History" log similar to "Email History"

    Add a log for phone calls that can have an associated client, sound (call recording) file, description, and time and date. It would be nice to have this set up on the contact overview page so that an overly filtered report or search wouldn't need to be done every time. This would be especially useful to have on hand when a client calls so that no matter which team member or employee answers, they can quickly and efficiently see all phone communication with the client.

    Integrations with providers like RingCentral could be added to help pull the calls into the…

  6. Update Repeat Options for Recurring Activities

    Standard repeat options are missing.

    For REPEATS MONTHLY, specifically when you choose "Repeats Monthly ON" you are given the choices of FIRST SECOND THIRD FOURTH LAST and the days of the week. In addition to the days of the week, you should also have the option of DAY and WEEKDAY. Which would allow you to setup these types of repeating schedules; FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH, FIRST WEEKDAY OF THE MONTH, LAST DAY OF THE MONTH, LAST WEEKDAY OF THE MONTH.

    For REPEATS YEARLY, you should have the same options.

  7. Email client task summary and time

    I would like to see an option to include the client on an email for a workflow or activity. For instance, if client calls in and wants money moved their checking account, the client manager creates the workflow, does the task, enters the outcome, and the client receives and email message with optional time spent stating the outcome (maybe a separate email). That way they get confirmation and a record is generated. At the end of year review, a summary is printed for the client and time spent (justifies fees!). Thanks!

  8. Market-based alerts

    The time-based activity feature is really helpful and we use it all the time... however, many of our activities are market-based. For example, here are some of the activities currently on our plate:


    • Call Susie when S&P gets to 2050

    • Call Jim when 10 year T-bill is at least 2%

    • Call Joe when AMECX gets to 22.01

    This would be an excellent feature to add and free up lots of time "babysitting" the markets!

  9. Add ability to assign tasks to other users by name or color

    When I am inputting an activity, task, phone call, on the calendar I would like to have the function of assigning it to myself or someone else in my office. This could be done by having their name or Initials show up at the bottom of a assigned to ellipses . This would leave no doubt to who need to follow-up.

  10. Place clients name at top of email notifications and when you print a status.

    When you send an update to an activity, the client's name is too far down the page. It should be at the top of the page so that the recipient sees the name first. This would also help when you print a status. now the name is on the bottom of the page instead of at the top.

  11. Contact Activity Default View Change

    When you bring up a Contact Record the "history" is blank. You can choose from a list, then it will bring it up.

    We need a "Default" setting based upon the way we need to see the history. This is an easy fix…..make the drop down list multiple choice and have it set that way in our settings.

    For Example I want to see the following every time I bring up a contact:
    Completed Activities
    Notes
    Email

    Very simple, I look forward to seeing this simple change.

  12. Activity Privacy Options- change default from Everyone or allow users to change default

    The new Activity Privacy Option defaults to Everyone. Few if any databases are going to want Everyone to see activities or to see colored blocks on their calendar marked Private. That means thousands and thousands of changes to activity privacy display. INSTEAD, change the default to Only Attendees, OR, allow users to change their default.

  13. Reduced screen to full content

    I have to have my screen setting on IE11 set to zoom 125%. This causes a problem when I add an activity and am unable to see update or complete button unless I stop and reduce settings to 100%. Is there anyway to resolve this

  14. Uploading contacts into Redtail CRM

    We should be able to upload contacts into the Redtail CRM without having to go thru the helpdesk. This isn't an uncommon activity anymore. Other CRM's allow this to happen.

  15. I wish there was a feature in your tasks (like in email) where you can use a down or up arrow to go the next/previous task.

    When using gmail there is always and up and down arrow that allows you to move to the next or previous message. This would be so helpful in the tasks so you don't have to go out to the main screen find your place again and then select the next task.

  16. Glitch when multiple users on same Task

    If two people have the same task open at the same time the second person who saves the task overwrites any information entered or changed by the first person to save the task.
