  1. Make links in activities and workflow task hyperlinks

    Links from workflow and activity templates arent hyperlinks once in an active activity/workflow task. It requires double-clicking, copying address, opening a new window and pasting in address line. Would be much easier if links were. hyperlinks and one click opened the necessary document or site.

  2. Would like a simple to-do list, pop up on daily page

    To-do list on daily page, box to check it off when done. Could use Talk-It when out of office and have it waiting for me.

  4. PASTING URL address into calendar activity entry, would like clickable hyperlink to launch that URL

    We post lots of Webinars on our Advisors calendar and it would be a a welcomed feature to be able to launch that webinar directly from clicking on the URL that was pasted into the calendar activity

  5. I would like to see the description field added (available) when creating a task.

    This is currently a two step process - create then edit activity. It also creates two email notifications to team members assigned the task. I would be more efficient to do it in one step and have one notification email.

  6. Make Past Due & next 30 days... More than 30 days.

    Why would the main screen only show the next 30 days? We are planning/ scheduling things out all year and have to click on the activites tab all of the time. What is the point to limit this to 30 days? Why can't it show past due and activities 365 days forward? Or at least the option to extend that on the clients home page.

    I see that this was completed in 2017, but don't see it on my system

  7. I would like to be able to Create a follow-up activity based off an email.

    It would be Nice to look at my email and create an activity from this email.

  8. Last Contact Report

    I would like to know the last time I contacted a client by servicing adviser. That could be via a phone call, meeting, or email. Then I would know who to contact next based on their last contact.

  9. Priority Numbers

    Our office uses the priority numbers when creating activities - We need MORE numbers please.

    Or the ability to add customized words.. Example would be 'Submitted' so we could quickly look through our activities and see who falls under the submitted priority label and so on.

    At the very least we need many more numbers or the ability to add as many as we see fit.

    Add to the Automation Template process for if an activity has been updated to automatically send an email to a user selected.

  11. being able to select teams for task templates

    We take full advantage of the Task Template feature. One thing we thing could be a major improvement for this function would be allowing us to make and select teams to carry out these common activities.

    For example we have someone in our office that processes all the signed paperwork for advisers. Well when she goes on vacation for a week someone has to carry out these tasks for her. It defaults to the next person in our customer service department. Instead of having to not use the templates for a week we'd rather just have both on there as…

  12. Add Category to the fields Zapier can utilize

    Can currently set type but category defaults to General Information. Would be great to be able to set that field in a Zap as well!

  13. Create default privacy option setting for create activity window

    Please allow a default setting for create activity screen or activities created by activities created by integrations like Acuity to allow the privacy option to default to a specific team rather than Everyone. As an IAR in a firm of more than 24 advisor teams, changing this each time an activity is created is time consuming; when an incorrect team is selected, it’s necessary to ask the administrator to change it.

  16. Allow navigation to a contact record from an activity, on Mobile

    In Mobile App, when viewing an activity, we are unable to tap on a contact name to get to the contact record.

    We would have to get out of the activity and search the contact individually. This is time consuming and not intuitive. Please allow this.

  17. Automatically bump activities to the next day if not completed

    If I have multiple tasks in one day and not all are completed by the end of a day, please create a feature that will automatically roll those tasks to the next day until they are completed.

  18. Color code tasks from the Dashboard, not just the Calendar

    I would like to be able to see a color code based on my own input on the dashboard for my activities that day. (not just on the calendar)
    For example: if I have multiple trade sheets to process, I can make them all one color, easy to find and complete at the same time.
    Another example is tasks for calling clients, so those types of tasks are easy to find and do together after I have color coded them.

  19. "Locking" Activities

    Please get rid of the lock icons that appear when you permission an activity. All of my firm's activities get permissioned and the repeating lock icons get in the way, are unnecessary, and unsightly.

  20. User Activity

    The activity should reflect who created it as well as who updated last on once completed in the notes tab. If a user completes it then another user uncompletes it and closes it out it only shows the last person vs the original person.
