In a contact's timeline, it shows that 'a step of the workflow [workflow name] was completed.' But then if you click to see details of that timeline entry, it should tell you the name of the step that was completed, instead of just showing the step ID - Step ID is not helpful at all.

Also same goes for tag IDs - should show the name of the thing, not just the ID.

Then also have an option to link to the step / workflow that is listed instead of only showing the details, that way we can jump right to it to see all notes, etc.
