  1. Add Alerts Feature to Dashboard

    There should be a place where you can go to see recent updates on your activities so you can take action. We get emails, but there are so many in number that they can get lost. What if it's added to the notification bell or something that way it is less likely to be missed.

  2. Alert/warning pop up when clicking on client profile, if "caution" is needed

    Clients who have big life events/fraud should be handled with care. Some team members may not have the time to "Dig" for a note they don't know is there and may cause more problems.
    There should be a feature where a pop up box needs to be read/addressed when entering a client profile so the employee can "use caution" when needed.

  3. Just an important comment about updates

    So the cosmetic updates to your website are nice, but the bigger issues - like including a contact name with a redtail activity notification email would be soooo much more helpful.

  4. Post a warning when adding additional team members to a chat room that the action cannot be reversed. Also insert a confirmation screen.

    When accidentally adding a team member to a chat room it is impossible to remove the member again.

  5. feature

    A MUST!

    my firm relies on red tail heavily. we all truly think that a notification feature would be amazing! when a task is made by someone else, i add a comment to said task, no one gets notified of the update. this has dropped millions of dollars to be financed my by Firm.

  6. No Contact Clock/ Engagement Tracker

    There was a feature in our old CRM that would track if a contact group had not had any outreach within 90 days. It was a safety net to ensure we were keeping up with and tracking our engagement with contacts. If for whatever reason a contact was not touched by a campaign within the set time frame, an alert/ activity would populate for us, triggering actions for outreach and engagement.

  7. Speak email notifications

    It would be be extremely helpful to receive email alerts for incoming speak messages.

    If one is not logged into speak we have no way of being notified of incoming messages in a timely manner.

  8. Get rid of the annoying action confirmation banner that temporarily pops into the top of the page...

    Please, please get rid of the annoying action confirmation banner that temporarily pops into the top of the page after each change is made!! It force-drops everything else down (especially in calendar view!) just long enough that it interrupts the user's next activity by jerking the page back up when the banner goes away! This causes incessant clicking in the wrong place because the object the user meant to click on has suddenly just jerk-scrolled up. It forces the user to constantly back out of what they didn't mean to go to -or- wait for the banner to go away…

  9. log in notification

    Given the increasing scrutiny of cybsersecurity related issues, it would be helpful to have an automatic email sent to the end user any time a new device logs in to your account similar to how google and a number of other vendors operate. This would allow end users to be notified of suspicious log in activity. If it could go to the admins as well that would be helpful.

  10. Speak Alert in CRM

    Under the old speak when there were unread messages there was a notification of the number of unread speak messages in the CRM Speak icon (three dots). This no longer happens. You must have the speak window open to get a notification, which is not optimal. It takes me much longer to notice speak message notifications than before.

    I would like to have speak notifications be made in the CRM window where they used to be, since the CRM is always open.

  12. Automatically Alert Team Members of Updates and Adjustments

    Anytime you update an activity or create a new one, it gives the option to alert your team or alert specific individuals within your team. I would appreciate having a setting preference that automatically assumes you wish to alert your team. (Example: Set the automation to alert the team every time you create a new activity, even if they are not participants. Or an automation that alerts your team through email to all adjustments you make on contact records and activities.) I think this would mitigate missed steps to alert your team and maintain constant communication within the team.

  13. "Birthday Today" Green bar should be listed on both spouses contact record

    When you pullup a client with a spouse/Significant other, and one has a birthday, it would help if it shows on both contact records. For example, You call the wife to chat and then realize it was the husbands birthday, you won't know because the Green bar is only on the Husbands contact record. (I know it shows in the calendar, but Advisors need info fast)

  14. Important Information Banner

    It would be a super helpful feature to have an Important Information Banner automatically pop up when visiting a clients page. This could be a helpful feature for stating information like:
    - Client is hard of hearing
    - Clients' name is pronounced....
    - Client does not want reviews e-mailed to them, only mailed.

    This would mimic the green banner that shows when its a clients birthday or the red banner that shows that a client is deceased.

    This Important Information banner could be yellow or orange to separate it from the above two features.

  15. Make it easier to generate searches...NO +, &, =, greater than or less than nonsense

    Make it easier to generate searches...NO +, &, =, greater than or less than nonsense, very confusing. If we select a financial Professional it should be the person or persons, no one else. Birthdays per prof. should not have others in the list

  16. Autogenerated fields based on age criteria

    It would be helpful if keywords, tag groups, alerts or notification could be live autogenerated by Redtail based on criteria predetermined (their live DOB )

    59 1/2 yrs old for In-service with draw opportunities, 65 for Medicare, 72 for RMDs,

  17. It'd really be nice to have the ability to apply multiple alerts in intervals

    It'd really be nice to have the ability to apply multiple alerts in intervals. As an example, remind me 1 day ahead, 2 hours ahead, and then 10 mins ahead. If that can be added, I’ll never be late for anything again. The end user would be able to apply in days or minutes of their choosing in multi-intervals.

  20. Display a warning or automatically select the closest review date if frequency skips next review based on an invalid date.

    If a review frequency is chosen that causes the next review to fall on a date that doesn't exist, display a warning or automatically select the closest next review date in that month.
