  1. On the Seminar Sign-in Sheet, include the event name that we have created

    This would just be added to the existing pdf that Redtail has. We sometimes have multiple seminars going on or when one is ending the another is starting and it would be nice to have the title at the top of the sign in sheet or even the other reports that you already have.

  2. Put Seminars back to the way they were decending order by date.

  3. update seminar tab

    When I am adding seminars/webinars, it would be nice to have the switch at the top of the page, as well as the bottom to go from page 1 to page 2 etc. Right now, I have to scroll down each time to bottom of page. Should be a simple fix. Thanks.

  5. Seminars: Delete option on the Seminars page to be able to delete more than 1 seminar at a time.

  6. Improve Seminars

    Have the ability to link contacts and complete the activity for all. Also, link documents, such as invitations, agendas, etc.

  7. Seminar Canceling

    I would like to add "Canceled" the Seminar status list. Right now its just Active & Prior. I also want to complete the event/seminar from the calendar without deleting the seminar. For example, we have canceled the event/seminar from December 3rd but it is still one the calendar even though I have changed the status to prior.

  8. Allow Seminars to be seen on calendar in phone app.

    While using the phone app you cannot see scheduled seminars while looking at the calendar. It would be very nice to not have to switch to the seminar tab.

  9. sign in sheet

    When I run a Sign in sheet for a Seminar, there is now the "Filter by Status" feature and I do not want that. Is there anyway it could be a Choice? I do not want this feature and now I do not have a choice to turn it off. Thank you.

  10. seminar tag group

    Add option to add contacts to a seminar via a tag group! When you have 700+ clients and are inviting them all to a client picnic, it is a pain to add them one at a time!

  11. Additonal options

    I would like to see the option to add a document (attachment) to the Seminar Detail page. This would keep track of the seminar (restaurant and venue contracts), changes, updates to the seminar and the original event roster. Currently, there is no options for this.

  12. Prior Seminars Accurate Attendee Count

    When looking at the list of prior seminars, the 'Attendee' column is misleading. The number listed includes attendees, no-shows, cancellations, etc. For example, if we want to know how many seminar attendees we've had in the last 6 months, we have to go into each seminar, sort the list, count the number of people with attendee status and then move on to the next seminar. It's quite cumbersome.

  13. Adding additional fields and or creating a custom report in relation to seminar data

    The custom reports allows you to bridge data together but is not available as it pertains to seminar data.

  14. Add features

    LOCATION - Previously entered locations do not automatically populate. Have to re-enter each time.
    ATTENDEES: Unlike in tasks on calendar, cannot add employees who are to attend the event.

    ATTENDEES: When adding attendees to Seminars it would be good to have "add & new"
    SEMINARS LIST: Sort by Date, not location.

  15. Seminars

    When editing active/prior seminars: I was editing "prior" and every time I made a change, it refreshed and went back to "active". I sort them by date and it unsorts them. When managing attendees, why can't we update more than one at a time as attended

  16. Update Seminar Attendees

    Attendees is misleading, and the way that it counts guests is confusing.

    Attendees should say Invitees
    A total Confirmed count should INCLUDE the number of guests
    A guest list should INCLUDE the number of confirmed.

    Right now, to know how many people are coming, you need to add the guest count and confirmed count, which is incredibly confusing, and the attendee number isn't actually the number of attendees, it's invitees.

  17. Allow Seminars to export Attendee List into Excel Format

    Allow Seminars to be able to export an Attendee List into Export format into modifiable lists similar to the Contact Lists. This would benefit especially if invites are being sent out to email addresses and not primarily home addresses. Excel is easy to work with when it comes to modifying and specializing lists to fit our office needs. Hope this is a good idea!

  18. Make a way to where we can search seminars by name.

    Make a search bar where we can search for seminars by name, date, location, etc. This would make it significantly easier than by just scrolling.

  19. Running Seminar reports exporting data into excel as opposed to a PDF

    The data in a report is good but if you need to append to it or link data due to fields not beilng available in the Seminar view options you can not create your own report using a XLS extract of the data on screen

  20. UDF fields included in Seminar reports

    When running reports from the seminar feature the UDF fieldis not available to cross reference to the clients attending a seminar. I.e if the client has a dietary restriction as a UDF to include that in the manage attendees for seminars.
