Declined Attendees List for Seminar
Can we add a feature under the Seminar's Manage Attendees button allowing us to document which invitees declined attending? This helps me not mistakenly invite them again when I send out secondary invitation requests.1 vote
Be able to merge Seminars
It would be nice to be able to have the option to merge two seminars together.1 vote
Adding additional fields and or creating a custom report in relation to seminar data
The custom reports allows you to bridge data together but is not available as it pertains to seminar data.3 votes
Running Seminar reports exporting data into excel as opposed to a PDF
The data in a report is good but if you need to append to it or link data due to fields not beilng available in the Seminar view options you can not create your own report using a XLS extract of the data on screen3 votes
UDF fields included in Seminar reports
When running reports from the seminar feature the UDF fieldis not available to cross reference to the clients attending a seminar. I.e if the client has a dietary restriction as a UDF to include that in the manage attendees for seminars.3 votes
Prior Seminars Accurate Attendee Count
When looking at the list of prior seminars, the 'Attendee' column is misleading. The number listed includes attendees, no-shows, cancellations, etc. For example, if we want to know how many seminar attendees we've had in the last 6 months, we have to go into each seminar, sort the list, count the number of people with attendee status and then move on to the next seminar. It's quite cumbersome.1 vote

Condensed Sign-In Sheet
We have an event tomorrow for roughly 60 guests. The "sign-in sheet" is spread out to 6 pages! That can easily be condensed to two page. Many broker-dealers require sign-in sheets for client events. A simple table of attendee names with a signature line would be easy to create.
I know we can do a custom export, however, doing so does not capture guest names, only the primary attendee name. A quick export to a CSV would be nice to have, and we can format from there!3 votes
update seminar tab
When I am adding seminars/webinars, it would be nice to have the switch at the top of the page, as well as the bottom to go from page 1 to page 2 etc. Right now, I have to scroll down each time to bottom of page. Should be a simple fix. Thanks.9 votes
seach by seminar
Please index seminars so we can add them to search criteria.3 votes
sign in sheet
When I run a Sign in sheet for a Seminar, there is now the "Filter by Status" feature and I do not want that. Is there anyway it could be a Choice? I do not want this feature and now I do not have a choice to turn it off. Thank you.5 votes
Show Servicing Advisor/include as sort option within Seminars
Right now the only way to segment seminar attendee statuses by servicing advisor is to pull separate attendee category lists, bulk action each one with a tag, and then use advanced search to narrow each tag down by servicing advisor. This is a massive pain. We should be able to segment that information directly within seminars, OR be able to include seminar attendee status as a variable in advanced search.12 votes
When adding a note at the client level, include ability to link a seminar
We should be able to link notes from the client's contact card to an existing seminar, just like we can link a note to another existing client.10 votes
I would like to see the option to add a document (attachment) to the Seminar Detail page. This would keep track of the seminar (restaurant and venue contracts), changes, updates to the seminar and the original event roster. Currently, there is no options for this.4 votes
Seminar REGISTRANTS v. Invited Contacts
Please set up Seminar so that the count that appears at the top of the page counts the contacts who have registered to attend the event, not just counting all contacts that have been linked to/invited to the event.
For instance, we have 50+ registrants and that count doesn’t appear at the top of the page, but the number of contacts that have been added to the Seminar/event (invitees) appears at the top of the page as attendees, which isn’t an accurate summary of actual registrants.7 votes
I would like to add "Canceled" the Seminar status list. Right now its just Active & Prior. I also want to complete the event/seminar from the calendar without deleting the seminar. For example, we have canceled the event/seminar from December 3rd but it is still one the calendar even though I have changed the status to prior.5 votes
Allow Seminars to be seen on calendar in phone app.
While using the phone app you cannot see scheduled seminars while looking at the calendar. It would be very nice to not have to switch to the seminar tab.6 votes
Seminar REGISTRANTS v. Invited Contacts
If the "Add Attendee" button is what tells Redtail Seminars that the contact should be included in the ATTENDEES count, how can I indicate in a contact’s account that they were invited to the event and not include the invitees to the ATTENDEES count? Not every contact that is invited actually attends. Not every contact that registers to an event actually attends. There should be differentiation/distinction between these, and a quick summary/count should be available in Redtail Seminars.
Is there a way to add a new field/column/count that will show INVITED (separate count/list from attendees)?1 vote
Seminars: Delete option on the Seminars page to be able to delete more than 1 seminar at a time.

Have seminars section be able to convert to the calendar.
When adding a seminar event, I should be able to put that seminar onto the calendar with a click of a button. Instead, I manually put the seminar into the Calendar.1 vote
