red dot
In RT CRM, when accounts are linked, the user should be able to put information into the “red dot” (important information) of one linked account holder, and also have it added into the red dot info section of all other linked account holders. There should be a ‘drop-down’ election to:
1. add to all linked accounts,
or

To Do List
I see it's been posted a few times but I just want to reiterate, a running To-Do List would be an invaluable feature to Redtail. It would be great to simply be able to add items to the list and then re-arrange based on priority. This would be for simple and one-off tasks where a workflow might not be appropriate or necessary and would help keep my desk clear of sticky notes. Would be ideal to make sure it appears on the phone app too. Please add this (seemingly) simple feature.

Double Click to Edit Existing UDF Fields
We use several custom UDF fields and it would save time if we could double-click the field to edit the text, rather than using the drop down menu to select Edit and make changes that way. We also use fields with multiple values, so it would be nice to have those values show when we double-click, rather than selecting Edit.

Buy www.redtail.com
It's insane to me that you guys don't own the www.redtail.com domain. Find me another reputable CRM that doesn't own the domain with the abbreviated company title. Because of the way Chrome operates, when I type "red" in the search bar, the first website on the list is redtail.com, which I inherently select 93/100 times. You already know this because you've done the same thing 1,000,000 times. Find me one person that doesn't have redtail.com in their browsing history. If Four Seasons Total Landscaping owned the rights to fourseason.com, you better believe Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts would acquire that…

General request for integrrations.
I recently completed the Redtail survey and neglected to add this suggestion at the end of the survey. One "thing" that would enhance the value of Redtail CRM to my practice would be to improve the integration with the other core applications that we use, namely Microsoft 365, Morningstar Office and NaviPlan. To the extent that you can automate the use of and sharing of information among those three applications you make Redtail more important.

user defined field - multiple values
I have a couple user defined fields where I'd like to be able to choose multiple options from a list of values. At this time, I have to add the udf multiple times in order to show all the values.

udf layout customization
It would be great to be able to customize the UDF section layout as well as add collapsable areas for specific info.
ex - a collapsible area titled RMD's with the fields being 2019, 2020, 2021 etc.
ex - A collapsible area titled IRA contributions with the fields being 2019, 2020, 2021 etc.
The titled area would be able to be named and edited

inline editing
Enable the ability to edit a field by just clicking on that field instead of needing to always right-click on the record/field and seclect "edit...". THis is also known as inline editing...

adding status field to recycle bin
Adding the status field to the recycle bin would let us know immediately if they were a client who closed their account or left us.

Instead of adding random new integrations- spend time improving the existing ones
There are countless user requests regarding enhancing existing integration features with very little movement over the past few years. However, Redtail seems to spend ample time adding more integrations. Please dedicate time to making existing onces more valuable as we have been begging you to do for years.

Asana Integration
Would love to be able to link tasks and projects in Asana to calendar and clients in Redtail and have the history save to the client record

contact redtail - contact us via computer (like Orion does)
Can you add "contact us" right from Redtail. No need to call Redtail and wait on hold. See technology from Orion. Powered by Gila. You hit contact us, a pop up says how would you like to talk? Audio throught your computer, phone (we call you) or chat. Please add to Redtail. Calling an 800 number is no longer needed. Thanks.

Token based Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Redtail should offer other more secure methods of Multi-factor authentication when logging in such as RSA app token, rather than just the simple text/voice method. This method can be defeated using a SIM Swap Attack.

disappearing window
Clicking Off-Window in Basic Information or ANY other pop up windows like "Add User Defined Field" Should NOT Cause the Page to Close (Deleting ANYTHING That Had Been Typed).

Integrately Integration
Zapier integrations are severely lacking. Whether that's due to Zapier/Redtail, only they know. Integrately works similar to Zapier and is a new kid on the block. They will likely push through better integrations with Redtail than what's currently available through Zapier. Please consider reaching out to them so that we can have a more robust integration platform.

Delete Speak Room
We created several test rooms in Redtail Speak before getting the hang of how to create and invite participants (we should be able to directly invite team participants by the way). We now have several public rooms called "test" or "hhhhh" that will not be used. We should have the ability to remove these Speak rooms.

Hold Music on Helpline
The hold music on the phone when I call redtail support adds stress to customer service phone calls. You can greatly improve your clients phone experience with better music.

Good afternoon, I wanted to see if there was some formal way to request adding a time zone to the Redtail CRM? Currently the only options
Currently the only options available in the Preferences > General Options > Time Zone are American Times. We operate out of San Juan, PR where the time zone is American Standard Time (AST -04:00).

In Speak, message multiple employees at once.
It would be useful to be able to start a message thread in Speak with multiple employees at once instead of only having public rooms and 1:1 messaging. Slack easily supports this feature, for example. We've been emailing as a workaround for this, but it would be great to have it in Speak instead!
