    Speak text communications should be automatically recorded in redtail notes at the end of the day so everyone in the team can see the communication happening with the clients and respond to client or let other team member know to respond as applicable.

    CPS Investment Advisors services external Co-advisor firms, culminating in our establishment of a primary home Redtail database along with 24 supplementary Redtail databases. While with Orion we have a single unified database, Redtail specifically suggested the deployment of distinct databases as the only way to partition clients. This ensures each outside co-advisor firm we service only sees their own designated clients.   4. Give us a way to auto paste to spreadsheets

    Maybe link office 365 to redtail or have its own spreadsheet page. Instead of just listing info like writing on a sheet of paper, have it with text boxes that then paste onto a pre-organized spreadsheet that can be saved/linked to onedrive.

  5. Orion integration - add ability to link to more than one database or choose which database to link to

    Our firm has a parent database and a child database in Orion. We are unable to link our Orion child database to RT because currently it will only allow one database to be linked. In this instance we would want the child database to be linked but not the parent database. Having the ability to pick one over the other is helpful or having the ability to link more than one database would solve our current problem.

  6. Disable Integrations

    Admins should be able to disable integrations for users. (So users cannot connect random integrations and pull in a bunch of junk info.)

  11. "Let's Talk" Glia Feature on RedTail CRM

    "Let's Talk" feature powered by Glia into the RedTail CRM platform is a decent idea with horrible implementation.

    While I understand and appreciate the value of enhancing communication capabilities on the platform, the current implementation of this feature has resulted in some unforeseen challenges. Specifically, the Glia interface currently obscures a portion of the screen which contains valuable data crucial for us end users like me. This has been impacting our productivity and efficiency, as we can't access or view the information we need.

    Expanding Triggers and Actions for Redtail API with Zapier Integration for Enhanced Automation

    As a firm that highly values automation and streamlined processes, we have found the current API triggers and actions available for Zapier integration with Redtail CRM to be somewhat limited. We strongly believe that expanding the range of available triggers and actions for the Redtail API within Zapier would provide immense value to our firm and many other users who rely on Redtail CRM.

  13. Create an API to seemlessly exchange data between Orion Planning and the Redtail CRM

    I am finding that it takes double-entry of prospects' data in the Redtail CRM and Orion Planning when onboarding. There is a potential for both time-savings and higher data quality to create an API between the two programs from an advisor perspective.

  15. Keap/Infusionsoft direct integration

    Zapier integration is so limited with Keap (FKA Infusionsoft) and Redtail. I would love a full integration between the two, a push/pull capability. Right now, I'd have to train my whole team on how Keap works, plus have them do some actions in Keap, others in Infusionsoft - it's messy. I'd rather they have the capability to add information in Redtail, where they already are logged in all day, and add a contact to a tag group, keyword, UDF, and have that action push to Keap to start/stop campaigns, etc. Zapier is only allowing us to push data FROM keap…

  17. Orion reports requested in Redtail

    When in a contact's accounts on the Orion tab & a report is needed the contact/account information has to be re-keyed in. It would be a nice time saver if the fields would fill with the contact/account information.

  18. Orion Household Linking for Spouses

    Currently, a contact in RedTail links to the Orion household with matching Tax ID. This is great, except when I try to link spouses to the household. Currently, the spouse would have a separate household. This is not practical since most couples want their assets together. Please look into the additional household members Tax ID being picked up for linking households in addition to the main Tax ID - or maybe there is a way to manually select a household to link a contact to.

  19. Pull "Proactive Surveillance" date from LPL ClientWorks

    Redtail should be able to pull LPL's "Proactive Surveillance" dates from ClientWorks into the "Know Your Customer" fields in Redtail.

  20. LPL uses OnceHub

    LPL uses OnceHub for linked calendar booking. It would be nice to have it integrated to RedTail. OnceHub only has Salesforce and InfusionSoft currently.
