Quickly reference contact card from within workflows
We need a quick access overview of the linked contact's contact information when working inside of workflows!
There are times when working inside of Workflows that we need to contact a client. Currently, you have to click 3 times through 2 pages to access the client's contact card from within a Workflow. This process could be greatly reduced. Perhaps you could click on the linked contacts hyperlink inside a workflow, and that screen could hold the contact card for all linked contacts?
There just needs to be a better way to handle contacting a client from inside a workflow.

More control over password requirements and longer/complex passwords allowed
We are having HUGE issues with the 90 day password change requirement AND the short 16 characters allowed.
TheNational Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) changed their guidelines in 2017 to say that more frequent password changes do not help, but longer passwords do. LastPass, Dashlane, etc. all state the same.
RedTail has some of our clients most private information, but the restriction of 90 days and 16 characters is ridiculous. Change it to 40 characters and 180 or 365 days.

Zapier Automation
Bugs to be fixed in Zapier. Although Redtail is showing available to integrate with other applications within Zapier, there are a few bugs that make it impossible to connect applications. Anything to speed along a fix to make Redtail functional when using Zapier would be greatly appreciated.
Here is the email correspondence with Zapier:

Family Relationships Global Report - Bulk
I see someone previously asked for this feature but the recommendation was at the contact level ("family report"). I would like to run this report for all of my contacts in bulk.

Reports > Contacts > No Contact > Add Writing Advisor Filed
We have 14 Financial Advisors... so this report is useless without knowing which client is serviced by whom. It would work much better if we could filter by writing Advisor.

Automations IF conditions...
Why are we unable to use any of the IF conditions across the different trigger events? EX for a trigger event of Activity Added, I can only use IF conditions that revolve around Activities. A trigger event of Contact Status change will only allow IF conditions revolving around Contact information.
What I need is the ability to have a trigger of an Activity Added allow me to use IF conditions from Contact info, such as category, status etc.
Summary: If the IF conditions are available in one instance they should be available in all instances it seems.

Daily Update E-mail
It would be helpful to see all of the changes made for clients the advisor is assigned to throughout the day in a summary format rather than just getting multiple automatic e-mails when an address or other piece of information is changed.

If conditions true options in automation
Love to see more options in the "If...conditions true" lists.. such as:
Category = (A, A+, B etc)
Date of birth is equal to, greater than, less thanSo much more can be done with these automations!!

Set Roles when Creating new Contact
When adding a new contact, we can set the permissions (which is a great addition, thank you!) but you can't set the roles without going into the contact page. It would be useful to be able to set the roles there in the create screen because we have workflows that automate when a new contact is added. Right now they default to one person, because if the workflow automates and the roles aren't set, it assigns to no one. Show All Family and Memberships Relationships on the Same Page so that I can track Multiple Generations
The Family/household page provides a nice tree of relationships for dependents. However, when the other members become clients it creates a conflict and we must move them to a seperate contact or the head of household for children overrides address contact fields. We then must use Memberships page- which has NO easy view.
I am asking that all relationships show on the family page regardless of dependent status by having a dependent option on setup. The view would be maintained including parents grandparents kids inlaws etc. But contact data could be dependent on head of household or not dependent based…

Zapier
Deleted or changed appointments don’t feed to Zapier. Therefore, when linking Acuity to Redtail using Zapier, the acuity calendar gets out of date since deleted or changed appointments in Redtail can’t feed through.
Please add support to send changed dates/times or deletions through Zapier to Acuity.

Count of Activities on Mobile App
I suggest that you display the number for the total tasks on the top of the screen when we are in the activities view on a particular day. This is very helpful for us to know if have too many tasks for that day. Thanks.

Ability to filter Notes report for additional clients after creating first report
We can create Notes report and filter it; but to repeat the process for additional clients, we have to go back to square one (Notes/Reports/Filter).

Reports > Contacts > No Contact > Days In Past > Add YTD & QTD
We use Reports > Contacts > No Contact to track clients that we haven't had contact with that Year to Date or Quarter to Date. However, the date options on the Filter only include "Days in Past" (15, 30, 90, etc). This is frustrating because my team wants to know how well we are doing on our Quarterly contacts now that we are mid way through the quarter... but there is no way to get that Quarter To Date report or Year to Date report from the options! So please add either YTD & QTD or provide a Custom date…

UDF Reports - Selecting Specific UDF Fields for an client we want to export into a pdf
We want to utilize the UDF fields for our client meetings and be able to print out certain fields, such as RMD, Systematic Withdrawals, Contributions, Etc...As of now, we can only choose ONE UDF or ALL the UDF fields to export into a pdf. We would love to be able to have the option of which UDF field we want to export as a pdf. And no, a custom export will not work for what we are trying to accomplish, we need a pdf format for what we are trying to accomplish.

Add Additional Fields for Zapier and Google Sheets
As of riight now there are limited fields that are being transferred from Google sheets to Redtail Via Zapier, I would love to have the fields such as email,address, phone number be included in the additional fields.

On the personal profile form I like how you list the accounts of the household but don't like you can't tell whose account is whose.

View all contacts in a generated report instead of only 50 at a time with multiple pages
When you create a client report you can only view 50 contacts at a time with multiple page tabs. Instead it would be easier to view all contacts that fall into that report made.
