    When a notification is emailed, it should have a corresponding link in the email to click to take you directly to the task/activity.

  2. Workflow option to apply to married couple/family

    When assigning a Workflow such as "New Client Onboarding," it would be nice if we had the option to apply the workflow to the married couple or to the "family.". Redtail is requiring that I complete each of the steps and tasks for the husband and wife separately and this is redundant as our firm only requires these steps/tasks be completed once per married couple/family. Thank you for considering.

  3. Add "account source" column to Accounts by Status export to filter "manually entered" vs. "from feed"

    I would like to be able to filter all account by status "manually entered" vs. "from feed" once I export them to Excel document. Right now this column and option is missing. It is only available through RT reports, but it does not export to file.

    Could you please add "account source" column to Accounts by Status export to filter "manually entered" vs. "from feed"? Thank you.

  4. Add a time stamp to activities

    Add a time stamp at the end of every documentation or update on activities. When I previously worked with Junxure, they had a CTRL + J feature that would time stamp with initials of who wrote it.

  5. automation by date

    I would like the ability to add the date as an automation trigger for workflows. For example, the first day of each quarter I want a compliance workflow to be triggered.

  6. Retriever Cloud Disconnect Notification

    I missed an appointment today because my sync between Retriever Cloud and Office 365 broke. As of now, there was no other way I would have known this happened besides missing my appointment.

    We should get some sort of notification that the sync is broken.

  7. Allow Default Setting for Past Due Activities/Workflow Items

    Please allow a default setting to view all current and past due items. Having to manually find past due items really defeats the point of having assigned items to begin with. Thanks!

  8. mail merge fields

    Why is it taking so long to make more mergeable fields? There should have been updates to these along time ago. Mail Merge items that are of DIRE NEED are:
    SSN (client & spouse)
    Cell phone # (client & spouse)
    DOB--spouse is not
    email address -- spouse is not
    FULL NAME -- spouse to many merge fields to get one result
    ID #'s (client & spouse)
    ETC.
    IF it is on the contact record we should not have to export the information into a spreadsheet and then put it into a word document not very efficient!

  10. UDF (User Defined Field) on Contact Creation Page

    Why isn't there the availability to add UDF's to the Contact Input Page? There is specific information that we would like to enter. The way the system is now, we have to create the contact and then we have to go back in to the system to input the UDF's. This isn't a very efficient way of handling the data.

  11. Attaching an email to a client record (without the client email address included)

    The ability to attach an email to a client record (for which the client is not part of the thread) would be extremely helpful, instead of copying and pasting into notes.

  12. Add automatic actions to workflows

    Rather than just add tasks for users to complete, add the ability to update contact fields, account fields, and UDFs automatically after a task has been completed.
    i.e. After a client comes in for a meeting, update the UDF "last meeting" to the workflow's target date.

    Please have an integration for DYMO Label Printer. I don't know if this will ever happen but it would be great if we could print single addresses from a Dymo Label printer.

    Or at the very least make a button I press that will show a contact label that I can copy and paste into the Dymo label writer software.

  16. have the ability to create custom banners for contacts

    For example: have a banner that indicates a contact is a top client; but we admins could freely create whatever banners they wish to use for their practice.

  17. Change Formatting of Website Code for Phone Numbers

    Mitel Web Dialer, which is a Chrome Extension, is working the way it is intended on any other website, but in Redtail it is not. The way it works is any phone number on the page will be highlighted orange and with just a click, it will dial it using the Mitel phone assistant application.
    In Redtail we figured out what the issue essentially is. I am attaching a screenshot of some of the webpage and the developer mode.
    The red highlights the “href” with the “tel:” basically, that is what’s causing the Mitel dialer to not see it as…

  18. Schedule or Send Email Later Option

    When we are working with email templates I would like see to the option to schedule when the email is sent. You can only send it immediately. A send later option would be good if we are working on an evening, weekend or would prefer if a client receives the email at a certain time.

    We should be able to put all information concerning a Life Insurance Policy into our CRM. Face Amount, Issue Date, Premium, Death Benefit, Beneficiaries, Rating.

  20. Opportunity Follow-Ups

    I would want the ability to set a follow-up date on opportunities. Right now you can only set a close date.

    I would envision a tile on the today page that would show my opportunities to follow-up on today.
