Risk tolerance options in Redtail Tailwag
Currently there are three risk tolerances in Redtail CRM and we do not have the ability to modify them. Within TFA and our practice we use five. It would be great if you could add low-moderate and moderate-high. What is there now does not accurately reflect our clients needs and does not filter into LasarApp the way it needs to be.
The suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

Redtail makes it to time consuming to post ideas, this is critical and should be fixed

Agreed. Client "Books and Records" requirements require more detailed options here for our broker dealer. Customization under database lists would be a simple fix for this field...
- Low,
- Low Moderate,
- Moderate,
- Moderate High,
- HighThank You.

Agreed we need to have more drop-down options for Risk Tolerance, Time Horizon, and Objectives.

Same thing needs to be applied to the Time Horizon field, we need to be able to customize it to our firms needs to match out internal forms.

Agreed. We need to have the ability to customize the Risk Tolerance field for our client's risk categories in BOTH the Know Your Client section & each Account.

Currently under Know Your Client>Financials>Strat Allocation>Risk Tolerance, the only choices are High, Medium and Low. Is it possible to add selections: Aggressive, Moderately Aggressive, Moderate, Moderately Conservative, Conservative. This should better align with other advisors risk tolerance questionnaires/models. Which would also be more descriptive for audits or reviews.

They'd like to for us to allow the fields under "Risk Tolerance" to be editable, i.e., Low-Moderate or Moderate-High?
