automatically put the date of "client since" the date they were entered into RT as a client. have an edit option in case it needs to be changed

Yes!!! We migrated from another CRM software, so all 1,234 of our initial client records are dated July 7, 2016. In actuality, we had zero new clients on that day. Without being able to edit it, this information is currently pretty worthless to us.
