Keep enhancing the Zapier integration
Please add triggers like changes to a contact record and actions such as Create a Note. More fields need to pass through, like head of household. This integration could solve so many issues if it was expanded properly. Please keep at it!

If I'm using a connected app like Bonjoro to send a video email to a contact, it would be great to have Zapier record that in the contact record as a note

I just saw that additional functionality was added with Zapier. That is really exciting. It would still be REALLY helpful to have notes zapped into Redtail. Please add the create note as a zapier functionality.

There are simply too few triggers and actions currently for the Zapier to be helpful at this point. Highest on my wish list would be a "Create Note" trigger.
Improving the integration would completely change and improve my practice.

The contact zap only creates a NEW contact. This junks up the database and adds work to combine dup's which defeats the whole point of integration. All your review appointments do not get attached to the client record. this could be the single MOST useful integration for advisors who want to create efficient processes.

Please add "Create Note" as a Zapier activity. This would allow for all sorts of functionality, such as emailing notes from other applications into the CRM.
