Run a Notes report with select notes only
Often time we come across a situation where there are a few notes spread over a few months for a client that would be great to condense into one single report to outline the process.
'd love to see the ability to 'check' which notes to include in a report so we can print of a string of notes pertinent to each other and remove the extraneous notes for ease of viewing the progression of a task.

i filter by "copytalk" but then can't print all notes with that in the note all at once. only one at a time. would be nice to Print All that are filtered at one time.

I see this request is 1.5 years old now.... hopefully Jim & Sarah & OC have learned how to do this in the interim;
Print the whole enchilada to a PDF previewer applet (like PdfFactory,) and then delete away whatever pages you don't actually want. Then, further, save or email the results instead of physically printing... *OR* send to the tree killers & print what you need to paper. ;~)

Ooo this is a lot like the request I put in as well! Too bad we can't lump like requests together to get more votes so our problems get looked at.

Currently, When I print notes, I have to print off every note there is. This results in many pages and wasted paper. I would like to be able to check the notes I want to print only.
