When running a portfolio detail report for a client, the face value of the policy is not included and makes all term life insurance policies on this report useless. Please include a section for face values. Thank you!

Please add the Insured's name to the detail report, not just the Owner! Thanks! :)

Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.

There actually is a place to add the retire date but it's buried, probably not searchable, and pretty much useless. It's found in the Professional Contacts section under 'Employements.' I do agree this needs to be more prominent in Redtail!

Please add some options for account level alerts... it would be invaluable to have notification sent out if an account value went to zero.

Searching by discretionary would also be a helpful feature for us! Held away is searchable... why not discretionary as well as managed? Please add both of these fields to search.

We would love to use the Account UDFs for RMD Taken (Yes / No), RMD Amount (value) but there doesn't appear to be an easy way to reset these in bulk back to NO and ZERO at the start of a new year. Please implement a way to bulk edit account UDFs.

I also have this issue... the columns should not need to be resorted after every refresh.

While I understand the idea of 'speeding up' activity creation by using the initial trimmed down screen, this has really added extra steps to creating an activity for me as we almost always have activity notes to put in when creating the activity. To have to create the activity and edit just takes us a little bit longer for each activity. Please add the activity notes section to this first screen. Thanks!
