Mail Merge - All Fields Available
This is a CRM holding contact info/account info/calendar dates. Being a CRM, you should be able to generate an appointment letter with the clients date/time of their appointment without having to run an export, then do a mail merge from that, we should be able to just click, appointment letter (or whatever one calls it). So many extra steps for the simple day to day task. ALL FIELDS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR MAIL MERGE

I send letters out confirming meeting dates/times. How can I do this in Redtail?

It would be very helpful for us to have the ability to mail merge any database fields. Many of us use custom fields for client data, but currently, it is trapped in the database and can't be merged into documents or custom template letters. Thanks
