Apply different time zones to different events in Calendar
When creating/editing events in the Calendar, we should be able to enter a time zone for that specific event, so that it adapts to each time zone. Very difficult to schedule events that do not occur in the same time zone as they were created.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.

This is actually a critical item and is the only way that ones fixed desktop, portable laptop and ultra-portable cellular device can maintain an accurate reflection of the time of an appointment, particularly when you recall that the client may well also have a fixed desktop, a portable laptop and ultraportable cellular device. I conducted meetings last year from three different continents to two different continents. If the time zone is on the meeting itself. Then the device can adjust automatically for the meeting participants no matter when they are. Please realize that we or the client are often not in the time zone in which we set the meeting, when we hold the meeting.

I would appreciate a way to toggle the time zone directly on the calendar view. I have clients across the country and right now I either have to do the math on the time difference or go through the multistep process of changing my time zone in preferences. It would be so much easier to have a toggle feature on the calendar view so I could switch back and forth easily

Agreed - this is very critical, especially in 2020 due to Covid-19 with remote staff. Outlook has a simple solution that lets you show one or two other time zones side-by-side with your time zone.
[Additionally, it would help if you could scroll to the hours before and after your the times you set on your calendar default; perhaps with a lighter shading, but it would still start the calendar view with the times you selected.]

This is also important when including AZ or other time zones that do not switch clocks with daylight savings changes. It would also be very helpful to show more than one time zone when viewing the calendar to facilitate scheduling or accepting appointments with attendees in different time zones.

We work with people in multiple time zones and this is a very important feature. I actually couldn't believe it when I realized that Redtail didn't have this option.

I work from Europe and would like to have CDT+1 time zone to sync my calendar properly. Thank you

I 100% agree with this! The company I work for has people in several different states/time zones that all work together. I'm having trouble setting up a meeting in RT and making sure it shows up correctly on everyone's calendar.

I have clients who travel in many time zones and I sometimes work from outside the US. I would like a function like the Google calendar that lets me enter the appointment in another time zone and converts it to my calendar time zone. So I could enter 5:30p in Tokyo and it would that is 14? hours earlier in CDT
