Ability to send broadcast email as the advisor
Instead of my advisor having to log in and send out the broadcast emails, it would be better if there was a way to "send as" so the broadcast emails come from my advisor and not me.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

Or be able to add advisor's email address to mine so broadcast email comes from both addresses.

We need to be able to change the "From" name when sending emails instead of it always being the same. Sometimes we are sending emails on behalf of ourselves and other times an individual will be sending emails on behalf of the company. For example, if we are sending out a broadcast email, we would like the "From" name to show our company's name instead of the individual person. It would be nice to have a dropdown option where we can choose: 1) Our own name, 2) Company Name, etc. We could keep going into preferences and changing it back and further in there, but that's a waste of time.
Another nice feature would be to have a different email signature for each one. I'm sure we could accomplish all of this by setting up additional users and make the user's name the company name, but then we have to log in and out multiple times just to send an email to our clients. That seems like a very inefficient workaround.

We have many users with Redtail and I would like to be able to send a broadcast email to every user's contacts and have the email look like it came directly from the user as opposed to me.

Sometimes assistants/admins email things to bulk clients on behalf of the adviser. It would be nice for the bulk email reply to address be the advisor and not the assistants email address. This would require that we enter in the reply to address in our email preferences.
Thanks!

This would allow admins to send emails for the reps.
