Allow Color Coding on the Calendar by Advisor/Employee
It would be nice to be able to color code our calendar by the person the task is assigned to rather than the type of appointment. I know others like the status quo so if there would be a way to choose between both features that would help out our company nicely.

The suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

I would really like this and I know my entire office/team would benefit from it.
This has been planned for over a year...any estimated date for when this feature should be available? -

Any possible update on this "planned" feature?

I see that it is planned as of July of 2012... is there any update that can give us an idea when this would be available? Q3 2013? Q4 2013?

This would be great. I see it's "planned" as of 6 months ago, and wondered what the timeline is for this?

As an admin for a Financial Advisor, I would like to see his calendar items in a different color from mine.

We too have several users, especially during tax season (12+). We are losing the functionality of Redtail, because without color coding the users, no one wants to give up their Google Apps calendar. Without color coding users, its almost impossible to use in a busy office. People have been asking for this fix for years.......!!!!!

When viewing mulitple users in the calendar: In addition to color coordinating per user, if the calendar can be viewed/organize each user in a seperate columns

Please make it so that we can choose to color code by user as well as by team!!!!

A separate color for each user or team would be incredibly helpful. I use this feature on another calendar because it makes it clear at a glance who is involved in each activity. It would be nice not to have to duplicate our calendar on another another system just to have access to this feature.

It would be great if we could customize the calendar so that each user showed up as a different color. Right now we can only customize the color of the different activities. We have multiple people using our database and it would be great if I could assign a different color to each user to make it easier to identify which appt/task belongs to which user.

I agree with this one as well. We have six users in the office, all of which have different activities that appear on the Calendar. When reviewing who has what going on, if we could have colors coded for each user, this would greatly speed things up for us. Even though hovering over provides who the activity is "Assigned to" - assigned colors would be great. I'd like to see this happen without losing color coding for Activity Types.

What is the point of being able to view multiple calendars, if you can't determine (by color) who's is who's. How does an appointment setter call up multiple calendars and see availability, if s/he can't determine who's appts are who's???!!!

You can change the colors for each appointment made between each advisor. The change color tab is on the right side of the page when you are looking at the calendar. Just make sure each advisor has different colors.

You can change the colors for each agent to accomidate this request. Its a link on the right side of the page when you view the calendar.

Different colors for different users on the calendar! It all blends together in an unsightly blob when each user has the same type of activity posted at or around the same time slot.
